Pagano’s Holiday Gift Boxes 2025 are especially meaningful to us than years past. As a third-generation family-owned small business, we understand the importance of supporting family-owned businesses. Not just locally, but all over the world —from New Jersey to Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.

This year’s gift boxes focus on fine gourmet products made with passion and by their owners themselves. All of these products represent luxury in simplicity. In conjunction with our non-profit Pagano’s Market Helps, Pagano’s will donate a family-sized Italian meal to food-insecure families throughout Philadelphia with every gift box sold this Holiday Season.

Everyone Loves Italian – $135

Every gourmet item in this gift is filled with family traditions handed down for generations throughout Italy and Sicily. Everyone Loves Italian is the perfect gift for those who have fantastic memories of their time in Italy, or for those planning their first trip to Rome. We hope you enjoy this year’s selection.

  • Gentile Pasta (established 1876) – One of the most historical, artisanal pasta factories that secured the city of Gragnano’s superior pasta reputation. Gentile uses only 100% Italian wheat varietals, which have a higher protein content and are excellent for cooking perfect al dente pasta. The wheat is milled into semolina flour at one of Italy’s oldest running mills. The pasta is formed with bronze-cut molds that impart a rough, porous texture like homemade pasta. Gentile produces the same amount of pasta in one year that industrial pasta companies produce in one day.
  • Cipriani Tomato Sauce – Made from the Maremma tomato, characterized by the perfect balance between acidity and sugars. Cultivated in a land kissed by the sun and aerated by the sea, in southern Tuscany.
  • Vacce Rosse Parmigiano (Red Cow Parmigiano Reggiano) – Considered the “Mother of Parmigiano Reggiano.” This DOP cheese is made using the milk of red cows from Reggio Emilia, Italy. This breed produces a third less milk than other breeds, but it’s higher in protein and butterfat, with a sweet taste and a pleasant, strong yet delicate aroma.
  • Deseo Shortbreads Milk and Dark Chocolate Chips by Antonio Mattei – Product of Tuscany since 1858.
  • Almond Crumbly Nougat by D. Barbero – Seven generations of producing chocolate and torrone since 1883.
  • Loison Mignon Panettone – Since 1938 in Vicenza, Italy, about 50 miles from Venice, a small wood-burning bakery. First started baking bread, then in 1955 baked the first panettone. Now, it is run by Dario, the grandson of the founder, Tranguillo.
  • Deseo Crackers with Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Antonio Mattei – Product of Tuscany since 1858.

  • Parma Prosciutto – Produced by one of the most credible producers of Prosciutto di Parma. Minimum curing time of 660 days.

  • Ochi Di Bue (Ox Eye) shaped biscuits by Gentile – Naples, Italy. Since 1876. Classic Italian pastry, handcrafted with a crumbly shortcrust base, filled with orange marmalade.
  • Cascina Fiume Ortolana (Mixed Vegetables in Bittersweet) – A family-owned farm in Piedmont, Italy. Cascina Fiume is dedicated to preserving the region’s agricultural heritage. They have been processing their produce into traditional items such as pickled goods. Their mixed vegetables are a colorful blend of sweet and sour peppers, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, and onions, all carefully preserved in a sweet-and-sour pickling brine.
  • Bauletto by Gentile – Apricot or sour cherry apple Bauletto is a light, sweet Italian leavened bread (similar to brioche) typically eaten at breakfast. It is similar to a panettone, but denser and more compact, and perfect for starting the day.
    Traditional Manchego Cheese – Made with raw milk from the many free-roaming Manchega sheep on the Hualdo Farm, and then cubed and packed in jars with Hualdo extra virgin olive oil. This cheese has a firm, buttery texture on the palate, with notes of nuts and cereal.
