The fame of Sal De Riso goes beyond the Italian boarders thanks to tv appearances. In 2010 & 2011 he received Pastry chef of the year. He also received the coveted “World Pastry Stars 2016” award along with many others, over 60 awards nationally and internationally. He has received 16 Gold medals for “Best Panettones.”
