Fratelli Sicilia Panettones

The secret ingredient in the pastries is the simple passion the Motta brothers (Piero and Salvo) share for Sicilian baking.

The Motta brothers grew up in the center of Paterno, Sicily, situated on the slopes of the majestic volcano Etna.

Paterno, Sicily owes its fame to the precious cultivations of Sicilian citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, and tangerines. These fragrant citrus fruits are clearly valued in every panettone they bake. The flour they use and the cage-free eggs are selected from nearby farms on Mount Etna. Sicilian pistachios, along with pure chocolate, are also locally sourced. The beauty of Sicily is also present in the packaging of each panettone, which is hand-wrapped, making it the perfect gift.
